Alyssa Scott, CRC, LMHC

Alyssa Scott, CRC, LMHC has contributed over 15 years in the Mental Health and Rehabilitation field within the Brevard and Hillsborough County public school system as a Special Education Inclusion Coordinator, Children Applied Behavior Analysis Technician, Geriatric-Vocational & Recreational Counselor at a Managed Care Center, Domestic Violence Advocate, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor within the State sector, and presently works at the James A. Haley VA Hospital as a Rehabilitation Counselor Supervisor.

Post licensure in 2014, Alyssa worked within a group therapy practice as a clinical therapist until 2020. During this year she founded her mental health therapy practice to which she provides mental health counseling services to individuals and couples. Additionally, in 2021 she opened a separate holistic practice and she provides wellness services as a holistic practitioner. Statewide she has served on the board for the Florida Rehabilitation Association, and nationally contributed to the recent edition CRCC Code of Ethics.

Alyssa is a proud Alumni of this program obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling in 2012.
