Access Archivum
Archivum is accessible through the my.usf.edu website as well as the Archivum app for iOS and Android.
Mobile Access
Archivum’s main goal is to streamline the everyday administrative processes for the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Florida. Downloading the Archivum app ensures that you have immediate access to USF services and resources from the convenience of your mobile devices!

Web Access
Step 1
Open a browser and visit my.usf.edu
Step 2
You may get prompted to authenticate through NetID.
Step 3
On the top navigation for MyUSF, hover over the "Business Systems" link.
Step 4
The menu will expand and then click on "Archivum".
