Submission Dates and Process 

A full listing of Week of Welcome activities will be shared via BullsConnect. Groups wanting to be part of WOW should add their offerings to their group page within BullsConnect.

Week of Welcome events are curated prior to the start of each semester. USF strives to have a full listing of events prior to students arriving on campus. To maximize your event’s exposure, be sure to submit your events prior to the dates listed below.  

  • Spring 2024: Submit your event prior to December 8

Follow the below steps to submit your event via BullsConnect
Only events with a WOW and Campus tag will be included in the digital WOW event schedule.

Event Planning Guidance 

Groups looking to host a Week of Welcome event on the Tampa campus should first review the following website to become familiar with required approval processes and gain tips for hosting a successful and safe event.
