Headed to Raymond-James to see your USF Bulls football team take on the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes? Stop by the Bulls Blitz Pre-Tailgate to play lawn games, hear music from Bulls Radio, and grab a water to stay hydrated! This workshop offers support to those who cope with stress by drinking, using substances, shopping, seeking intimate hookups, or playing video games to an extent that causes disruption in daily life. The workshop will provide strategies to manage addictive behavior and learn healthy coping alternatives.
