Prospective Students

College Program

The NROTC College Program provides a pathway for students to commission and earn a scholarship if they do not already have one. College Program midshipmen participate in all battalion activities and are held to the same standard as scholarship midshipmen. During their time in the program, college program midshipmen are expected to work towards earning a scholarship or advanced standing and their eventual commision in the United States Navy or Marine Corps.

The College Program application is available by clicking here and must be received by April 30th.

Send your completed application via e-mail to the point of contact listed on this page (preferred). If you are unable to e-mail your application, you may send it via standard mail to the address below.

Applicants who submitted materials by April 30th and are accepted into the program will be processed to attend a three-week New Student Indoctrination (NSI) the summer immediately following their application and will begin participating in NROTC that same fall.
