- Who is Affected: Nationals of these countries who are outside the U.S. and do not hold a valid U.S. visa are subject to these restrictions, which are reviewed periodically by the U.S. government.
- DS-2019 (J-1) or I-20 (F-1) Visa Restrictions to USF: At this time, we are unable to issue visas to students or scholars from these countries who are outside the United States and covered by the travel ban.
