My approach to therapy: I am a current student in the Master of Social Work program at USF. I am a graduate student clinician at the counseling center and identify as a cisgender, heterosexual, Hispanic woman. I prioritize fostering a safe and non-judgmental space ensuring that every student feels heard, respected, and understood. I employ a personalized and evidence-based approach to therapy to meet specific individual needs, primarily through a cognitive behavioral approach. I hope to empower students to develop healthier perspectives and coping mechanisms to become the best version of themselves.

Fun Fact: I was born in Puerto Rico and love to spend my time at the beach! I also studied abroad in Italy during my undergrad at USF and gained an immense love for exploring the world!
