Languages in which I conduct therapy: English

My approach to therapy: I identify as a Black, cisgendered heterosexual woman who believes that everyone has the right to slay their day every single day.  While I understand that we cannot control the things happening around us, my goal is to teach clients the importance of creating moments of peace and pleasure in their daily routines. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have over 14 years of active-duty experience in the United States Air Force working within the mental health profession as a Officer, therapist and leader. My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. My career interests are training and developing clinicians for the advancement of our mental health professions.

My approach to supervision: I approach supervision with a systems approach model which focuses on empowering the supervisee and me as the supervisor.  This allows for the experience to be collaborative, supportive and promotes growth and development for the supervisee.
