My approach to therapy: I am a biracial, cisgender, heterosexual woman who was born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  As a therapist, I value creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and build upon their strengths, while learning new techniques, to create the life they desire.  My approach to therapy involves providing personalized care by tailoring treatment to clients’ specific concerns and needs. I look forward to building genuine connections with students and working collaboratively to facilitate growth and progress toward their mental health goals.

My approach to supervision: I strive to offer support and encouragement, while also focusing on evidenced based practices, to help the supervisees meet their goals and grow within the profession.

A Fun Fact: I love being active. In my free time, you can find me walking my dog, playing volleyball, or exploring new events/spots in the area.
