Languages in which I conduct therapy: English and Spanish

My approach to therapy: I am a Hispanic, cisgender, heterosexual woman who has worked in college counseling for the past 10 years along with experiences working with diverse populations in a variety of clinical settings that include community behavioral health, hospital inpatient and outpatient care, and private practice. I approach therapy from an intersectional, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and strength-based theoretical lens. I have professional interests in training and supervision, teaching, relationship counseling, immigrant experiences and mental health, intergenerational trauma and attachment, and working with individuals who hold multiple intersecting identities, particularly those who identify as first-generation college students.

My approach to supervision: I approach supervision from an integrated developmental model and value a collaborative supervision relationship that honors transparency, respect, and compassion.
