Postdocs

Affiliated with the University of South Florida and the University of Gothenburg, Dr. Rahul Gupta’s research focuses on magnetism, spin-orbitronics, and terahertz dynamics. He is currently working on the TSHNO (Terahertz Spin-Orbital Hall Nano Oscillator) project, exploring next-generation spintronic devices for high-frequency applications.

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Sudip Majumder received his Ph.D. from the S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, India. His research focuses on spintronics and magnonics. His doctoral thesis, titled "Spin Wave Dynamics in Ferromagnetic Nanostructures," involved studies on spin-wave behavior, nonlinear dynamics in magnetic nanostructures, and hybrid magnonic systems based on magnon-magnon and magnon-phonon interactions. Before joining the University of South Florida, Dr. Majumder worked as a Research Scientist at the S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, where he was involved in research on terahertz metamaterials. He is currently working on ferrimagnetic dynamics driven by spin-orbit torques.
