E. AND T. PETTIBONE ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP IN RELIGIOUS STUDIES
Overview
To provide scholarships for full or part-time undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences, who are pursuing a major or minor in Religious Studies. This scholarship may be awarded for up to 2 semesters, with a preference given to freshman and sophomore students majoring in Religious Studies.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be attending the College of Arts & Sciences.
- Applicant must be a Religious Studies major or minor.
- Applicant must be an undergraduate student.

THEISEN FAMILY RELIGIOUS STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP
Overview
To provide scholarships to full or part-time students at the junior or senior academic level, pursing a Religious Studies major or minor, in the College of Arts & Sciences, on all campuses. This scholarship is based on merit and should be awarded one semester. Preference will be given to students who plan to continue their education in Religious Studies or a closely related field, (i.e., MA or Ph.D. in Religious Studies, MA or Ph.D. in Philosophy, Anthropology, etc.).
Applicants are required to submit an essay explaining their career goals post-graduation (including any graduate school, professional school, and/or career goals) and how their USF Religious Studies education will help them achieve those goals. Applicants are encouraged to include the ways they have gone above and beyond degree requirements to further engage with Religious Studies in the USF community (Religious Studies Club, research events, etc.).

- Applicant must be attending the College of Arts & Sciences.
- Applicant must be a Religious Studies major or minor.
- Applicant must be an undergraduate or Ph.D. student.
- Applicant must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.

Jain Society of Tampa Bay Student Success Fund
Overview
To support student travel and expenses for participation in conferences related to Jainism, or to provide scholarships for students conducting research or studying abroad in India related to Jainism or Indian religions. This scholarship is available to full or part-time students at all academic levels, pursuing all majors, in the College of Arts and Sciences and should be awarded 1 semester.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be attending a conference, conducting research, or studying abroad in India related to Jainism or Indian religions.
- Applicant must be attending the College of Arts & Sciences.
