Conference Room Reservation
The USF Humanities Institute has a new conference room available for use by students, faculty, and staff to host meetings or event gatherings.
Location: Humanities Institute suite CPR 478 B (Cooper Hall 4th Floor)
Room use priority is given to scheduled reservations. To use the conference room for a 1 hour time slot, schedule a reservation through the Calendly scheduler below with your name, email, and organization or club. For reservations longer than 1 hour, contact Jade V.

- Conference table (5 modular tables together)
- 12 chairs
- Dry erase board + markers
- TV computer (wireless keyboard + mouse)
- HDMI cable
- Camera + built in speakers and microphone for virtual meetings
