Photogrammetry

Photogrammetry is the process of creating a 3D model by stitching together 2D photographic images. Raw data is loaded into programs such as Reality Capture or Agisoft Metashape or Photoscan, to generate a point cloud then a textured polygon mesh. Photogrammetry is highly flexible and can be used to document small objects as well as buildings and landscapes. Access 3D Lab has four Canon 5DS 50 megapixel cameras with lenses ranging from 20mm - 105mm and peripherals, including turntables and lighboxes.
