How to Order:

  • Click on the Guy Brown tile in Bull Marketplace, fill up your cart, then hit "Submit Order" to be taken back to BMP to place the order."
  • For desktop delivery on the Tampa campus, after checking out of the Guy.
  • Browse site and returning the cart to Bull Marketplace, search and select the
    “Desktop Delivery (Guy Brown only)” under the Ship To address in BMP. Enter
    the Location Code, including the building and room number, in the Location
    field so the order is delivered directly to the end user.
  • For one-time addresses, select the One-Time Address option as the Ship To
    address in BMP. Please note that a One-Time Address requires manual review
    by Guy Brown before the order is processed, which may cause a slight delay
    in shipment.
  • For other delivery addresses, include the Location Code in the Attn: field.
    Example: Attn: Paul Cleveland – SVC1072

Next day in most instances unless shipping from vendor or alternative source. 

Supplier Return Policy:  

Office supplies can be returned within 30 calendar days. Furniture and technology can be returned within 14 calendar days in original carton. Contact the Guy Brown Customer Service team at 877-855-0028 or CustomerSupport@guybrowncs.com for return assistance.

Is desktop delivery available?

For desktop delivery on the Tampa campus, use the “Desktop Delivery (Guy Brown only)” address. Enter the Location Code, including the building and room number, in the Location field so the order is delivered directly to the end user.

Can I use a one-time address for an order, including USF clinics, satellite campuses, or
other approved locations outside the Tampa campus available for shipping?

Yes. Search and select "One Time Address" in the Ship To window in BMP to enter a custom
address.

How do I purchase from Guy Brown using USF Foundation funds?

Invoices may be requested and submitted to Foundation for payment. See below for how to request invoices.

Can I download invoices for my order from Guy Brown?

Any user can look up any order by going to Purchase History and searching by the Order Number or PO #. Receipt can be downloaded from the order. Invoices can also berequested from the Guy Brown Customer Service team at 877-855-0028 or
CustomerSupport@guybrowncs.com.

What shipping service or carrier will Guy Brown/Staples use, and will tracking
information be available?

Tampa campus orders will be delivered by the Tampa Fleet. Order and shipment
notifications will be sent by email.
