Your organization's future depends on the strength of its leadership.
Exceptional leaders don’t use strategy, finance, AI, and talent skills one at a time. They use them together. In seven monthly sessions, you’ll build that integrated capability alongside a cohort of cross-industry peers. In the end, you will apply your knowledge to a real challenge from your organization in a capstone presented to faculty.
The USF Leadership Accelerator program provides:
- A deeper understanding of your leadership strengths and opportunities for growth
- Practical tools to improve communication, accountability, and team performance
- Strategies to build trust, influence stakeholders, and lead through change
- A personalized action plan to apply immediately in your role
- Greater confidence to lead teams, solve challenges, and drive organizational success
Business Challenges you will Solve
Are you facing one of these challenges? If so, this program is designed for you:
- Critical decisions are made on instinct rather than disciplined analysis
- You want to better understand financial statements and justify investments
- Strategic initiatives compete for limited resources without clear priorities
- Your organization is unsure how to use AI strategically
- Strategy stalls before generating results
- Difficult conversations are avoided and teams are underdeveloped

Many leadership development programs focus on skills in separate workshops and trainings. Exceptional leaders must integrate all of these capabilities simultaneously, applying them to real organizational challenges.
The Leadership Accelerator Program is a seven-month cohort experience drawing on the full depth of portfolio with a trusted peer network. Over seven monthly Friday sessions, you will build strategic decision-making, finance, AI strategy, execution, and talent leadership, culminating in a capstone presentation to program faculty.
