USF announces 2023 Alumni Award recipients. Two USF Muma College of Business grads are among the distinguished honorees selected for a 2023 Alumni Award. J. Michelle Childs ('88, Management) is a circuit judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals. Steve Presley ('90, Accounting) is executive vice president and CEO, North America, for Nestlé.
Olympic gold medalist Evelyne Viens ('19, Accounting) was selected for induction into the USF Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2023. Viens played on the USF women's soccer team from 2016 to 2019.
USF Bulls land new careers after tax season internships at Kerkering Barberio. The accounting internship program at Kerkering Barberio provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience for future tax and accounting professionals during the busiest time of the year. This year, six USF interns accepted employment offers from Kerkering Barberio.
USF’s Muma College of Business and Lynn Pippenger School of Accountancy receive global reaccreditation for business and accounting degree programs. As a result, both USF’s business and accounting degree programs are accredited for the next five years.
