Dr. Hangdao Meng

Hongdao Meng, MD, PhD, Director. Dr. Meng’s research focuses on examining the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of complementary and integrative health interventions to improve health and functional outcomes among middle-aged and older adults in the community. Dr. Meng has expertise in health promotion, disease management, integrative health, research methods, and health economics.  Email: meng@usf.edu

Cassidy Doyle

Cassidy Doyle first-year PhD student in the School of Aging Studies, Lab Manager.
Cassidy’s research focuses on integrative health strategies (e.g. mindfulness practice, music engagement) for persons living with dementia and their caregivers. She also has interests in intergenerational programs and experiences. Cassidy has an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family studies from Pennsylvania State University, which leads her to take a lifespan approach to study aging.
