Steps to Graduation

Five USF grads, wearing regalia, smile at each other.

1. Apply for Your Degree

Apply for your degree via OASIS by June, 21. This ensures that your name will be listed in the online Commencement program. Note: the Graduation Date listed on OASIS, is the date listed on your diploma and not necessarily the day you will participate in Commencement. Applying for your degree and registering to participate in Commencement are two different processes.

2. Attend Grad Stampede/Order Regalia

Order your regalia (cap, gown, tassel), graduation announcements, invitations, class rings, etc. Tampa Campus Bookstore: June 17 & 18 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

3. Register for Commencement

Register to participate in the Commencement beginning the week of June 17. You will be required to log in with your USF NetID and password. If you experience issues logging in, please contact or call 813-974-HELP and select option 2. You will receive a confirmation email once you complete the registration. Participation at Commencement is not required, and all eligible graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the semester.
