Leadership and Management
StrengthFinders
Do you know what your biggest strengths are? Our new course utilizes the powerful CliftonStrengths assessment to help you discover what you naturally do best, where you have the most potential and how to develop your greatest talents into strengths.
Grounded in positive psychology, the CliftonStrengths philosophy posits that individuals can gain far more when they build on their greatest talents than when they attempt to remediate their weaknesses. According to Gallup research, people who know and use their CliftonStrengths are more productive in their roles, more engaged at work, and happier and healthier. In fact, a full 90 percent of Fortune 500 companies have used the CliftonStrengths assessment to improve their workplaces.
Through this course, you’ll get the personalized results and reports, combined with expert coaching, that can help you maximize your potential and career success!
WHO SHOULD ENROLL?
- Individuals seeking to improve work performance and cultivate self-awareness

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You’ll explore the 34 CliftonStrengths themes that explain your unique talents. These themes, which sort into four domains, are a culmination of a decade’s worth of research to study and categorize the talents of the world’s most successful people. The themes explain a simple but profound element of human behavior: what’s right with people. Through this course, you’ll develop the self-awareness to know what you’re good at and how to leverage your strengths in the workplace.
FORMAT
First, you’ll take the assessment online and unlock the CliftonStrengths report. Then, you’ll complete global strength coaching with your instructor on the phone (or virtually). Finally, you’ll attend 2 live online training sessions to solidify your strengths.
