Master of Education
The Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology is an 11-course, 33 credit hour program. Students can take all courses online or a combination of online and on-campus courses. The program is designed for students interested in working as instructional technologists, multimedia instructional designers, curriculum developers, eLearning specialists or technology coaches.
The Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Technology is a 36-semester hour program. This program is designed to prepare students for leadership in technology-related positions and develop the skills of practicing professionals.
Doctor of Philosophy
The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program is a 68-credit hour program designed to prepare scholars and leadership roles in colleges, universities, corporations, the military, and other venues, where research, development, and implementation of technology-based instructional methods and materials take place.
Graduate certificates involve completion of four graduate courses and a project. Three of the certificates are available completely online: Web Design, Distance Education, and Florida Digital/ Virtual Educator. The others can be completed partially online.
