Donald Dellow received an A.A. from Paul Smiths College (NY), a B.A. from SUNY Oswego (Psychology), an M.Ed. (Psychological Foundations and Community College Teaching) and an Ed.D. (Psychological Foundations) from the University of Florida.

At the University of South Florida he is an instructor for Community College in America, Leadership in Higher Education, Organization Theory and Practice in Higher Education, Globalization and Higher Education, and Ethics in Higher Education. In working with doctoral students, he has focused on bridging the gap between theory and practical experience. He was selected as a Fulbright Senior Specialist (2006) at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa to collaborate on the topic of the “internationalization of higher education.”
