Practitioner Research Conference
Annual USF College of Education Practitioner Research Conference
(formerly known as the College of Education Inquiry Conference)
In partnership with the Hillsborough County Public Schools, the conference is a forum for preservice teachers, inservice teachers, and principals to present their practitioner research that focuses on PK-12 student learning. Also, included is school-based action research and appreciative inquiry conducted by school teams.
Each year, the inquiry conference grows. Educators from around the area are realizing
the power that practitioner inquiry/research has to transform teachers and the way
they teach their students and facilitate change within their school, district, and
community. The David C. Anchin Center is committed to preparing educators who possess
an inquiry stance to their work and understand the way to use data to support student
learning. There will be poster presentations and round table discussions.
