Coronavirus Update

CSE continues to closely monitor the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff is our highest priority as university leaders work closely with local, state and federal agencies to share the most updated information.  CSE is fully operational, but remotely. All classes have moved to remote instruction. All front office operations are remote. All student advising is remote. Please use the following links for more information.

Front Desk

Right now the best way for you to contact staff is via email. Please start with the front desk staff  unless you have a specific item for one of the other staff members. All staff are monitoring their email during their work hours and will respond quickly. For quick response questions, you can also communicate with a front desk representative during the hours of 9am-5pm via the BlackBoard Collaborate Ultra sessions available on the CSE Virtual Front Desk page found in Canvas.

If you know which staff member you need to speak with quickly, you can ping them via Google Hangouts for a chat or video call (M-F 9am-5pm) by using the individual’s email address (e.g., We will also be using Microsoft Teams to arrange chats/calls by appointment.

Voicemail left on office phones will be checked daily, but email is the preferred method for initiating contact with staff at this time.
