WiCSE Officers Participate in 2018 Great American Teach-in

Computer Science and Engineering WiCSE student organization officers Catherine Giraldo and Rachel Klesius participated in the 2018 Great American Teach-In at Wesley Chapel Elementary School and John Long Middle School on November 14. During this event, Giraldo and Klesius gave presentations about WiCSE, student activities, as well as what it takes to think like a programmer. The overall goal was to get young learners interested in computer science and engineering, and show what could be made possible from just a few lines of code.
