BIOGRAPHY:
Scott Kessler is a career intelligence and national-security professional with more
than three decades of experience spanning government service, strategic risk analysis,
and nonprofit leadership. He currently works at Strider Technologies in a data science
role, focused on integrating artificial intelligence in Strider’s risk-management
products.
Prior to Strider, Scott spent nearly 24 years as a Senior Operations Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, working on complex national-security challenges across multiple regions worldwide.
He is also the Founder and Director of Spartan Compass, a nonprofit mentoring network that helps young Americans from diverse backgrounds pursue careers in U.S. national security, intelligence, and public service.
Scott holds a PhD in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and a Certificate in Insider Threat and Vulnerability Assessment from Carnegie Mellon University. He is based in Irvine, California.
