BIOGRAPHY:
Zbigniew Nowak, PhD is a retired officer of the Polish Armed Forces with 20 years
experience.
He served for Military Police and Polish Armed Forces General Command - Legal Office.
Within his military cereer he took a position of Liaison Officer for Illinois National Guard and Polish Forces as well as Polich Liaison Officer for the US JAG Corps. He was also member of the Inherent Resolve Mission in Kuwait (Legad).
Since 2023 he has been associated with the War Studies University where he holds the position of the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Assistant Professor for the Faculty of Law and Administration.
Interestingly, Zbigniew Nowak is one of the well - known Polish criminologists.
