BIOGRAPHY:
Peter B.M.J. Pijpers Ph.D. is Associate Professor Cyber Operations at the Faculty
of Military Sciences of the Netherlands Defense Academy and researcher at the Amsterdam
Center of International Law, University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Dr. Pijpers
is a career officer in the Armed Forces and was deployed to Iraq, the Balkans, Afghanistan,
and Africa. He provides course for graduate and under-graduate student in Maneuvering
in the Information Environment, Digital Warfare, Cyber Security and Cyber Operations
and European Security Architecture.
