Leadership Enrichment

Leadership Enrichment is an interactive, cohort-based program that provides USF mid-level leaders with the opportunity to examine themselves as leaders and to expand their self-awareness of effective leadership skills, styles, and behaviors. The sessions are designed to increase executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to resolve workplace conflict. Participants learn to develop a more focused mindset, build cohesive teams, and be more dynamic in their engagement with others.

The program includes

  • Leadership expert led curriculum
  • A hybrid of In-Person and Virtual sessions over a 2-month period that consist of (8) 2-hour sessions (1per week)
  • CliftonStrengths assessment
  • Activities designed to implement learning into real life in-between sessions
  • Large and small group discussions
  • Individual coaching sessions
  • Internal networking opportunities

The Summer 2024 program cohort will start May 1, 2024.

The deadline to submit is end of day, Friday, April 19, 2024.
