Congratulations to our length of service honorees

USF's Length of Service recognition program celebrates the long term commitment of our unBULLievable employees to the University. Employee recognition is a vital part of USF. Recognizing and supporting the contributions of our Faculty and Staff is a critical part of fulfilling our mission. Each of our employees makes a difference and this is one small way of saying, "Thanks!" Employees with continuous service in a regular line position at USF are eligible for recognition at each 5 year milestone.

We try very hard to make sure we recognize everyone who has reached a milestone anniversary. If you feel you have been overlooked, please contact your supervisor or Central Human Resources by emailing HR Events at HRevents@usf.edu. 

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR LENGTH OF SERVICE GIFT

All gifts for 2023 honorees must be selected before May 15, 2024.

1. Preview the gifts by selecting a milestone year below
2. Select a gift in your service year or any year under (one gift per person)
3. Review the gift selection instructions for your specific campus

TAMPA CAMPUS EMPLOYEES

The USF Tampa Campus Bookstore is open, and is offering two options for receiving/picking up gifts:

• You can select your gift in-person at the bookstore; please identify yourself as an employee receiving a Length of Service gift - we recommend having your USF ID card with you.
• You can email your gift selection to the bookstore and they can ship the gift to your home if you wish to pay a $7.95 shipping charge.

SARASOTA-MANATEE CAMPUS EMPLOYEES

Sarasota-Manatee campus employees should send their gift selection and campus address/location to Peter McClain (p.mcclain@follett.com). For questions, contact Carolyn Dyson at cdyson@usf.edu or Cindy Beaumont at beaumontc@usf.edu.

ST. PETERSBURG CAMPUS EMPLOYEES

USF St. Petersburg campus employees, or those who would like to pick up their gift at the St. Petersburg campus bookstore, should complete this survey to select their gift. Employees will receive an email from the St. Petersburg campus bookstore, once their gift is available for pick-up. For questions, contact Lisa Morrell at lmlaubach@usf.edu. 

SERVICE YEAR GIFTS

All service year gifts are subject to change based on availability. Special orders may be possible for some items. If an item is unavailable, the USF Bookstore will present alternative options whenever possible.
