Do you struggle to give feedback? Are you intimidated by difficult performance conversations? You are not alone. Many supervisors find feedback and reviews challenging. This training is here to help you build confidence and develop practical skills.

Program Overview

This interactive three-hour training provides supervisors, whether new or experienced, with essential tools to lead performance management conversations that promote trust, accountability, and employee development. Participants will learn how to set goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct effective performance reviews that drive results.

  • Importance and types of feedback
  • Overcoming feedback challenges
  • Feedback models: Feedforward, I instead of You, SBI, DESC, BOOST
  • Pair practice and role-playing scenarios
  • Receiving feedback as a supervisor

Performance Review Process

  • Purpose and preparation strategies
  • Conducting balanced, engaging reviews
  • Mock performance review practice
  • Group reflection and Q&A
