Filmmaking as Philosophy
This four-week, for-credit program is designed to challenge students by exploring philosophical principles through the lens of filmmaking. Students will study current works in film across genres and identify and discuss meaning and theoretical approach. Learn about all aspects of the film-making process from idea to screen and get a glimpse into the various disciplines one can study in a college-level fine arts or humanities program.
STEM for Scholars (Level 2)
This four-week summer program for students entering 11-12 grades prepares participants for academic and college life, with the goal of expanding horizons in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Students will have the opportunity to develop critical thinking and conceptual creativity. They will be engaged and challenged, through active, hands-on participation in all aspects of the program.
