IT supports our clients with technology when and where they need it the most. Help with technology used at USF is offered via walk-up service desks, phone, concierge support, and special event services, and is also delivered online via live chat, email, and extensive self-help documentation.

(e.g., Epic, clinic technology, patient related issues or requests) should be submitted via one of the following ways.

IT Repair Center

  • Our Dell and Apple certified technicians offer professional computer repair services
  • Certified technicians will perform warranty repairs on Apple, Dell and Microsoft devices
  • For USF and personal devices
  • Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am - 12pm (appointment required)
  • Located in the main campus library - LIB 117

Walk-Up Service

Walk up service desks are available at multiple convenient locations to help you with:
