Service Delivery & Support
IT supports our clients with technology when and where they need it the most. Help with technology used at USF is offered via walk-up service desks, phone, concierge support, and special event services, and is also delivered online via live chat, email, and extensive self-help documentation.

IT Repair Center
- Our Dell and Apple certified technicians offer professional computer repair services
- Certified technicians will perform warranty repairs on Apple, Dell and Microsoft devices
- For USF and personal devices
- Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am - 12pm (appointment required)
- Located in the main campus library - LIB 117
Walk-Up Service
Walk up service desks are available at multiple convenient locations to help you with:
- Reset passwords and MFA
- Install printers and assist with printing issues
- Install software
- Help with Wireless connectivity
- Limited reimaging of computers
