Vice President for Student Success Search

The University of South Florida, among the nation’s most dynamic public research universities and a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU), seeks an innovative, collaborative and student-centered leader to serve as its next Vice President for Student Success (VPSS). This role is pivotal in building on the univerity's integrated approach that combines academic support, engagement, wellness and career preparation to help students persist and graduate and help define the next generation of student success at USF. 

The VPSS will provide strategic leadership for a broad portfolio that brings together student-facing functions across enrollment, undergraduate education, student affairs, health and wellness, career and professional development, innovative education, recreation and wellness, veteran success, and related areas. Working collaboratively across academic colleges, campuses and administrative units, the VPSS will strengthen an integrated student experience in which academic achievement, personal well-being, engagement, belonging and preparation for life after graduation reinforce one another.
