CLCE Student Staff Positions

All CLCE positions are posted through Handshake at USF! Here are the instructions to access our postings. The postings all have links with the final application we will need you to fill out.

  2. Sign in with your USF Net ID and password
  3. Search "Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement" in the search bar or by the specific link in positions listed below.
  4. Click "Apply Externally" on the posting to complete the final application. 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER and FALL 2023

Project Assistants (4 positions available for summer 2023 and fall 2023, 1 for spring 2024, 15 hours/week)

Project Assistant(s) are responsible for advancing civic engagement and leadership education, training, and development in the CLCE and supporting the staff  and volunteers in the development, execution, and assessment of civic engagement and leadership programs, services, and initiatives.


Office Assistants (3 positions available summer and fall 2023, 10 - 15 hours/week)

Office Assistant(s) role includes: front desk reception, assisting Student Organizations, managing work in CLCE tech systems, operating general office equipment, supporting the CLCE's data driven, outcomes focused, leadership and civic engagement-connected approach to assessment that includes regular and ongoing formative, process, and summative data collection and analysis of our work. NOTE: This position is Federal Work Study. Students applying must be eligible for this financial aid award for the duration of their employment.
