AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Civic Enagagement Project Assistant(s) are responsible for advancing civic engagement education, training, and development in the CLCE and supporting a team of board members and volunteers in the development, execution, and assessment of civic engagement programs, services, and initiatives. (Position Posting in Handshake)
NOTE: This position is Federal Work Study. Students applying must be eligible for this financial aid award for the duration of their employment.
Civic Engagement Board Chair is responsible for advancing civic engagement education, training, and development in the CLCE and supporting a team of Vice Chairs and volunteers in the development, execution, and assessment of civic engagement programs, services, and initiatives. (Position Posting in Handshake)
Vice Chairperson - Volunteerism: Leads a team who develops and implements programs and services focused on moving students from Members to Volunteers on the Active Citizens Continuum through local civic engagement experiences that build reciprocal relationships between students and nonprofits in the community.
Vice Chairperson – Immersive Experiences: Leads a team who develops and implements immersive, reflective programs and services focused on moving students from Volunteers to Conscientious Citizens on the Active Citizens Continuum through domestic and global immersive civic engagement experiences.
Vice Chairperson – Active Citizenship: Leads a team who supports programs, services, and initiatives focused on civic engagement education, training, and development by coordinating logistics and all communication efforts.
Vice Chairperson – Communications and Operations: Leads a team who supports programs, services, and initiatives focused on civic engagement education, training, and development by coordinating logistics and all communication efforts
Leadership Project Assistant is responsible for advancing leadership education, training, and development in the CLCE and supporting a team of board members and volunteers in the development, execution, and assessment of leadership programs, services, and initiatives. The Project Assistant role are also responsible for management of office processes and systems related to student organizations, most of which will be completed utilizing the BullSync platform. Leadership Board Chair is responsible for advancing leadership education, training, and development in the CLCE and supporting a team of Vice Chairs and volunteers in the development, execution, and assessment of leadership programs, services, and initiatives. (Position Posting in Handshake)
Vice Chairperson - Leadership Education: Leads a team who develops and implements programs and services focused on leadership learning
Vice Chairperson - Leadership Training: Leads a team who develops and implements short-term programs and services focused on skills-based leadership experiences
Vice Chairperson - Leadership Development: Leads a team who develops and implements immersive, reflective programs and services focused on leadership identity development
Vice Chairperson – Communications and Operations: Supports programs, services, and initiatives focused on leadership education, training, and development by coordinating logistics (room reservations, contracts, budget, etc.) and all communication efforts.
Graphic Designer(s) are responsible for creating designs for Student Organizations. Graphic Designers will be responsible for creating content for various student programs and events. Graphic Designers will design materials for print and digital media as well various promotion items. (Position Posting in Handshake)
Office Assistant(s) role includes: front desk reception, assisting Student Organizations, managing work in CLCE tech systems, operating general office equipment, supporting the CLCE's data driven, outcomes focused, leadership and civic engagement-connected approach to assessment that includes regular and ongoing formative, process, and summative data collection and analysis of our work. WORK & SERVE

Work & Serve positions are community-based federal work study positions, allowing you to get the opportunity to get paid for serving a Tampa Bay non-profit organization.
