Aaron has been with Undergraduate Studies since 2015. In his role he establishes solutions for seamless transfer into USF from both the Florida College System (FCS) and other institutions. He manages a team of advisors who work in embedded roles in the spaces of the FCS and works to maintain a presence at partner institutions. He has been heavily involved in the FUSE program, in which he has has had a lead role in the development of the "Grad Path" academic pathways, identification processes, and guiding the program through the pilot and the full launch. He is involved in analyzing articulation practices , creating electronic resources for transfers and he also teaches the SLS 3113 Academic Transitions course.
He holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.Ed.in Curriculum and Instruction. He enjoys spending time with family, working out, playing the ukulele and grilling.
Chandra is an Instructor and Program Manager with Undergraduate Studies working closely with fuse and other transfer initiatives. In her current role she provides education and trainings to USF and Florida College System partners regarding current trends and policy updates regarding transfer students.
Chandra has been at USF since 2002 and received both her Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and Masters Degree in Public Administration here. She is currently working on her Doctoral Degree in Educational Innovation.
Justine is currently an Academic Recruiter/Advisor for State & Community College Relations. Her responsibilities include working with prospective transfer students at Hillsborough Community College and St. Petersburg College to ensure that they have a smooth transition from their first institution to USF. Prior to working at USF, Justine was an academic advisor at Hillsborough Community College. As a transfer student herself, Justine started her academic journey at Hillsborough Community and then finished her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida International University. She then joined the USF bull family and finished her master's degree in social work from USF in 2011.
Shaun joined the State and Community College Relations team in October 2016. She received her undergraduate and graduate degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Shaun has worked in higher education for many years. In addition to advising, Shaun enjoys her work with transfer students, facilitating workshops and orientations, coordinating the social media platforms for the office, and assist in program and curriculum development. She enjoys working with each individual student in an effort to help them achieve their academic and personal goals while in school.
Outside of work Shaun loves spending time with her family, planning events, exercising, and traveling. She volunteers as a Clinical Social Worker at a Tampa Bay - Supportive Care Clinic that provide education and support to people with peripheral neuropathy.
