Instructional Class Series

Specialty classes are offered each semester to provide participants the opportunity to learn a skill and progress their proficiency over the course of six weeks. Classes are meant to increase in difficulty as the series progresses, so participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. Class offerings will vary from semester to semester. Advanced registration is required for each series and costs include all sessions during the six week series.

Try a Triathlon

Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike, this six week instructional class will provide a training program, guidance, and support in preparation for a triathlon. The sessions will introduce swimming, biking, and running mechanics and help build endurance for a one-day sprint triathlon event. Whether it's to improve your fitness, train for a race, or just to have fun, give this training program a try! Class sessions will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Previous triathlon racing experience is not required, but all participants must be able to swim one lap (50 yards) continuously.
