USF Institution Code 5828

Please upload a screenshot of your unofficial GRE scores directly to your application and have ETS send an official copy of your GRE scores to USF. The USF Institution Code is 5828. While the GRE is required, there is no minimum score for admission into the program. You must have taken the GRE within the five years of your projected start date.

Arrange with all previous institutions attended to send official academic transcripts to USF Admissions. Please do not use third party services, we have found that they usually do not actually send the transcripts.

If you send them yourself, please make sure that the official envelope containing the transcript remains sealed. USF students do not need to send transcripts.
