Undergraduate Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory Description

There will be one 2 hour, 50 minute laboratory period per week. This laboratory course accompanies CHM 3610 (Intermediate Inorganic Chemistry). It is a required course for BA and BS Chemistry majors and is often taken as an elective by Science Education majors and Chemical Engineering majors. The course will receive its own letter-grade credit, rather than the lab grade being incorporated into the overall lecture course grade. Co-registration in CHM 3610 Lecture or prior completion of the Lecture course or an approved equivalent is required. Two semesters of General Chemistry lecture and lab are required and at least one semester of organic chemistry lecture and lab is recommended.
