The very first event sponsored by the Club was the first USF Homerathon (October 29, 2026), in partnership with the Ancient Study Center and the Department of World Languages. With one hundred and twenty-one registered attendants, Homer’s Odyssey was recited from start to finish for ten hours and thirty minutes on the steps of the Judy Genshaft Honors College. A great success in terms of student and faculty engagement with ancient history and literature!
