Dr. Schanbacher’s Latest Collaborative Publications Explores Community Approaches to Food Sovereignty
UPDATE: In addition to Dr. Will Schanbacher's co-authored an article in the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development titled "Setting Tables for Community Food Sovereignty," he has a new co-authored publication titled "Crafting a grassroots introduction to food policy course." The initial article outlines a community-driven research project in Tampa that led to the creation of a practical toolkit for assessing and transforming local food systems. While the latest piece is a reflection on a pilot, public-facing virtual course, "Introduction to Food Policy."

Vose, an assistant professor in the Department of History and holder of the Bhagwan Suparshvanatha Professorship in Jain Studies at the University of Colorado-Denver, for a discussion on “Just as When Hindus Ruled: The Sultans of Delhi in Jain History and Memory.”
