Forms for WGS Graduate Students

Once you have found a thesis director, you will fill out this form and have the thesis director sign off on it. When you and your thesis director have selected your committee members, they will also sign this form.

Thesis Approval Form: Graduate students ready to defend the thesis will need to fill out this form online and then take it to the oral defense to gather committee members' signatures after successfully defending the thesis.
