Human Insights Research
The Center for Marketing and Sales Innovation is home to two human behavior labs. The Customer Experience Lab located on the Tampa campus includes twenty individual biometric testing stations each equipped with eye tracking, galvanic skin response, facial expression, and five interaction rooms. Four of the twenty stations are also equipped with EEG. The St Petersburg Customer Experience Lab is well equipped to support group interactions. The center operates a large subject pool and supports data collection for both in-person and online studies.
