Application Process

Application Materials

The preliminary application, recommendation form, transcript request and corporate approval form are all available as Adobe Acrobat files that may be filled out on-line (see below).

An Application Should Include

  • Preliminary application
  • Résumé
  • A transcript for each institution attended. Unofficial or scanned transcripts will be sufficient for the preliminary application. Official transcripts in sealed envelopes will be required for final acceptance.
  • Statement of Purpose

Interview

Applicants will be notified when all application materials have been received. At that time, a personal interview is usually scheduled for qualified applicants. The file will then go to the advisory board for a final admission decision.

Forms

The necessary forms for initial application to the program can be found on the Preliminary application page. The completed forms, along with scanned (unofficial) transcripts and a resume, can then be emailed as attachments to the program acedemic director, Grandon Gill.
