choices. They are headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with services available in Citrus,
Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Martin, Monroe, Okeechobee, Pasco, Pinellas,
Polk, and St. Lucie counties.
Suncoast Hospice
Suncoast Hospice is a member of Empath Health, a nonprofit integrated network of care
supporting those challenged by chronic and advanced illness in the Tampa Bay region.
They offer compassion through extraordinary care, hope through innovative services,
and inspiration through endless encouragement. Services are provided in Pinellas and
Hillsborough counties.
Moffitt Cancer Center
Moffitt Cancer Center’s mission is to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer,

Hope Healthcare Services
Hope Healthcare Services provides specialized care for all people with comples needs
related to life-changing illness. For over 40 years, Hope has provided comfort and
compassion to those in need.
Tidewell Hospice
Tidewell Hospice is an Empath Health company who provides home-based comfort care
for patients in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. They are one of
the largest not-for-profit hospices in the U.S.
