Nancy performs higher-level faculty and academic support duties for the Department of Child & Family Studies (CFS) in order to ensure overall efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism within the department. She provides central support to the multiple academic programs in the Department and to the faculty and faculty committees related to performance evaluation, credentialing, promotion and tenure, and post-tenure review. In addition, she supports faculty searches, onboarding of new faculty, and department-wide events.
