Alicia Flores has been with the HIPPY Program since 2003. She is very proud to say she started as a HIPPY parent with two of her four children in Miami, Florida. When she moved to Tampa, Florida in 2004, Alicia was hired to work as a Home Visitor. Her passion has always been to help others; with HIPPY she has the opportunity to serve families with children ages 3, 4, and 5 years old. As of 2015, Alicia works as an Assistant Coordinator, Home Visitor, and Translator for HIPPY.
