Ms. Millar is a trilingual professional with experience in public health initiatives aimed at reducing health disparities among underserved and minority communities. She has experience conducting formative and community-based research. Her areas of expertise include conceptualization, development, implementation and coordination of community health workers’ initiatives, curriculum development, capacity building and technical assistance. 

She has coordinated numerous community-based health projects in different program areas, and research projects involving human subjects. She has worked with several nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. Ms. Millar earned her master’s degree in Public Health from Florida International University.
