Your own coursework assignment may vary based on your degree. USF is not affiliated with the state board and cannot assist with your application's processing, so any questions should be directed to the Florida Department of Health directly at (850) 245-4161 or their website.

You do NOT need to have documented clinical hours prior to applying for your SLPA license in the state of Florida. Requirements may vary in other states.
