USF Anti-Discrimination Policies
USF's Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity ("DIEO") Office has jurisdiction to engage in conflict resolution and/or investigate complaints that fall under USF's three anti-discrimination policies. USF's three anti-discrimination policies are as follows:
- Diversity and Equal Opportunity: Discrimination and Harassment Policy #0-007
- Sexual Misconduct/Sexual Harassment (Including Battery) Policy #0-004
- Disability and Accommodations (Public/Employees/Students) Policy #0-108

If you would like to read any of the anti-discrimination policies, please click on the policy name and you will be taken to USF's Office of the General Counsel's website where all USF policies are listed. Federal and state law also prohibit unlawful discrimination. Any complaints of protected category discrimination and harassment must be filed with our Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity Office ("DIEO"). All members of the USF community should be familiar with these policies and are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.
DIEO offers training and informational sessions on these topics. Every member of the USF community is strongly encouraged to take advantage of these offerings.
